Warranty Information

Our warranty only covers furniture and garden structures (including pergolas) for structural damage (framework), corrosion, rust, and/or fade in the UK.

Our warranty durations are displayed on each product page of the website.

ATM Living reserves all rights to refuse to apply for a warranty in cases ATM Living considers inappropriate or where the product has been tampered with by a third party. Fair wear and tear will be excluded from the warranty Website guarantee durations are the maximum period covered and any replacement orders provided do not re-start the guarantee period.


Specific Warranty Details

Rattan Garden Furniture

The warranty for rattan furniture includes protection against structural damage , rust, and fade. Natural wear and tears and cosmetics are not covered. Garden furniture cushions and glass are not covered unless they have arrived damaged. We will replace damaged items within 48 hours after delivery if the item arrives damaged. 

You should note that rattan weaves can be made up of different colour variations, which may look different in your garden depending on how much sunlight is available.

ATM Advise all Rattan Garden Furniture is covered when not in use, and cushions are stored indoors. 

Glass is not covered by warranty. 


Fabric Garden Furniture

Fabric garden furniture warranties cover damage to structural integrity, rust and colour fade. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear. The warranty does not cover dirt and stains except for items that arrived damaged. We may replace the items if we have been informed of any damage within 48 hours of delivery. 


Damage to a parasol canopy, such as rips and tears, is covered by guarantee on all parasols. The guarantee covers the crank and tilt system of an aluminium crank-and-tilt parasol. Parasol damage, including bending or damage from high winds, is not covered. Parasols should always be used with a base that is suitable and never used in windy / extensive weather conditions.


Should your cover rip at the seams, the cover is covered by warranty. No replacement will be given for covers that have been ripped by force or cut with scissors. ATM Living reserves all rights to determine if the damage was caused by misuse or manufacturer error. The covers may fade if exposed to direct sunlight. However, the warranty does not cover colour fading.


Garden Furniture Cushions (Decorative)

ATM recommends that all cushions for garden furniture sets must be kept indoors unless the manufacturer specifically states that they can be left outside. Even if furniture covers are applied, cushions must be kept inside.

All garden furniture cushions come with a 1-year limited warranty. Cushions damaged from misuse are not protected by warranty, and we have the right to make a judgement on this



Our warranties on Aluminium Pergolas cover defects in the material during normal use within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear. The guarantee does not cover damage from extreme weather conditions, such as storm damage and high winds. The warranty does not cover pergolas that have been incorrectly installed or tampered with against the instruction manual given. All Pergolas must be bolted to the ground sufficiently to ensure they are covered by warranty. Pergolas that are not stated as ‘Wall Mounted’ should not be mounted to any property – this will void the warranty by ATM. 



Maze Rattan Extended guarantee

On all Maze Rattan products both the weave and the frame are covered by a 1-year warranty. The extended 5-year warranty offered on Maze Rattan products only covers furniture for structural damage, rust and fade to the framework of the set. This warranty applies to all furniture sold by ATM Living under the Maze Rattan brand but does not include the glass supplied with these sets.

ATM Living reserves the right to refuse guarantees in instances of inappropriate misuse or tampering by third parties.  The warranty will also not apply in instances deemed to be fair wear and tear by ATM Living.

  •  You will need proof of purchase including your order confirmation  
  •  If your product can't be repaired, then we'll replace it with the same model. However, if your product is no longer available, we'll swap it with one of an equivalent specification or purchase value

Your warranty will not be covered if:

  • There is evidence of product abuse, misuse or use in a non-domestic environment
  • The product hasn't been properly maintained in accordance with our instructions
  •  The product is in an unsanitary condition (caused by pets, for example). We also reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary product
  • The product has been exported outside of Great Britain
  • Nothing in this clause will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. Reliance on your statutory rights is free of charge.
