Please contact ATM Living directly, with any inquiries you may have at any point regarding the products or services that we offer currently. Our team are happy to help with any additional information you may need.
For any issues regarding warranty, or should you have a complaint about a product purchased from ATM Living, please contact our Customer Service Team in the first instance. ATM Living Limited offers various items with a warranty that stretches from 1 year to 15 years (please check product pages for specific items).
If an item or part should defect due to a manufacturing defect or a defect due to regular domestic use, ATM Living Limited will repair the defect at its own discretion, refinish the product or replace the defective part. The warranty provided is subject to the parts only and not subject to the installation of the damaged part. In the case of self-installation, the customer will replace the part. ATM Living Limited cannot be held liable for any installation fees incurred by not opting for our in-house installation service.
ATM Living Limited reserves the right to not apply the warranty where it deems, and/or when damages and defects are caused by the below:
- There is evidence of product abuse, misuse or use in a non-domestic environment including incorrect assembly.
- The product has not been properly assembled, installed or maintained in accordance with our care instructions
- The product is in an unsanitary condition (for example, caused by pets or pests). We also reserve the right to refuse to collect and/or dispose of any unsanitary products.
- The product has been exported outside of the UK (Our warranty is only valid in the UK and cannot be applied to items exported from the UK Mainland.)
- Natural wear and tear.
- Commercial use (unless agreed at the point of order).
· Any damage caused by force majeure or extreme weather conditions will not be covered by warranty. Nothing in this clause will reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or inaccurate goods. Reliance on your statutory rights is free of charge.
Procedure:
In the event of a defect or issue, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact ATM Living directly, accompanied with (a copy of) the purchase receipt, description of the problem and any relevant images , ATM will them forward this detail and submit it to the manufacturer ATM Living Limited and the manufacturer will then handle investigation and full completion of the warranty procedure. All customers will be contacted with the details by a member of ATM Living Limited.
Product Types:
Rattan Garden Furniture.
The warranty for rattan furniture includes protection against structural damage, rust, and fade. Natural wear and tear and cosmetics are not covered by warranty. Rattan products may contract or expand in foreign, extreme temperatures, which is not covered under guarantee. Garden furniture cushions and glass are not covered under warranty unless they have arrived damaged, and reported as soon as possible, where we will arrange replacements. These items are not covered by the furniture warranty.
You should note that rattan weaves can be made up of different colour strands. These variations may look different in your garden depending on how much sunlight is available. Because the furniture is handwoven, there will not be any two identical items.
ATM Advise all Rattan Garden Furniture is covered when not in use, and cushions are stored indoors.
Fabric Garden Furniture.
Fabric garden furniture warranties cover damage to structural integrity, rust and colour fade. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear. Except for items that arrived damaged, the warranty does not cover dirt and stains. We may replace the items if we have been informed of any damage within 14 days of delivery.
Parasols.
Damage to a parasol canopy, such as rips and tears, are covered by warranty on all parasols. The warranty covers the crank and tilt system of an aluminum crank-and-tilt parasol. Parasol damage, including bending or damage from high winds, is not covered. Parasols should always be used with a base that is suitable and should always be covered and closed when not in use. Parasols we advise should not be used in any extensive weather condition.
Covers.
Please note that our range of Outdoor Furniture Covers are covered by our 1 Year warranty. This warranty covers natural rips at the seams. No replacement will be given for covers that have been ripped by force or cut with scissors. ATM Living reserves all rights to determine if the damage was caused by misuse or manufacturer error. Please note that whilst the covers may fade if exposed to direct sunlight, the warranty does not cover colour fading.
Garden Furniture Cushions.
ATM Living advises that all cushions for garden furniture sets must be kept indoors unless the manufacturer specifically states that they can be left outside. Even if furniture covers are applied, cushions must be kept inside when not in use.
Pergolas.
Our Pergolas come with a specific warranty period per model, please check product page details for specific details. The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects during normal use within the warranty period. This warranty does not cover Side Blinds, LED Lighting or Louvres (which are all covered by separate warranty each included in key features).
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, ground movement or damage from extreme weather conditions such as storm damage or high winds.
If you have opted not to select to have your pergola bolted down by us, it is your responsibility to ensure that this is conducted correctly immediately following assembly of your pergola. Failure to bolt-down your pergola will invalidate your warranty as the structure & louvre mechanism will be vulnerable to movement & damage, as well as the blinds being vulnerable to the movement of the pergola legs. ATM Living cannot be held responsible for any damage to your pergola, blinds or other property as a result of your pergola remaining unbolted-down following assembly.
Any visits by ATM Living and/or replacement components required to rectify issues caused because of your pergola not being bolted down will be chargeable to the customer.
