How much does it cost?
Delivery is free to mainland UK on all orders over £50. We charge £4.99 for all orders under £50. Shipping to Northern Ireland is available for £89.99 on all orders over £500.
How long will it take?
Each product has a different lead time. You will be able to see the delivery time clearly on each of our products pages. Our products come from a range of suppliers so products may arrive at different times.
Do you deliver to my area?

Can I return my item for a refund/exchange?
If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must also confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email to email@example.com within this time period. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We will, in the event of item being damaged on receipt with the customer, at our discretion, re-imburse postage costs to the customer.
**In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed.
Once your product return has been received and inspected, will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card or original method of payment. This is usually completed within 3-5 days of receiving your return.
At ATM Living we are extremely proud of our high-quality products and this allows us to offer extensive guarantees on all of our furniture. However, due to our vast range of products, there are varying warranties applied to different product ranges as set out below. In all cases ATM reserves the right to request photos or videos accurately depicting the problem in order to make a full assessment on the individual case.
All warranties and assistance provided by ATM is done so in addition to your statutory rights.
Our warranties specifically cover the framework and structure of your furniture as well as manufacturing or material defects. Natural wear and tear, or damages that occur due to misuse, negligence or incorrect assembly are not protected under warranty. ATM reserves the right to ask questions about the use of the product and the damage incurred to establish whether this is a manufacturing error.
Our warranties are valid for the UK mainland only, from the date of delivery and are valid for the original purchaser only. Items sold on to third parties will not be covered. International orders will only be offered a 1-year guarantee, from the date of purchase, no matter the warranty advertised on the specific product. Warranties do not cover commercial use.
Our warranties on rattan garden furniture cover structural damage, rust and fade. Natural wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Garden furniture cushions and glass are not covered under warranty unless they have arrived damaged. If the items have arrived damaged, we may replace the items if we have been informed within 14 days of delivery. After this time, these items will not be covered under the warranty of the furniture.
Fabric Garden Furniture
Our warranties on fabric garden furniture cover structural damage, rust and fade. Natural wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. The fabric is not covered for dirt or stains unless the item has arrived damaged. We may replace the items if we have been informed of any damage within 14 days of delivery.
Damage to a parasol canopy, such as rips and tears, are covered by warranty on all parasols. The crank and tilt operation system on an aluminium crank & tilt parasol is covered under warranty. Damage to parasols including bending and damage from high winds are not covered. We always recommend that your parasols are used in conjunction with a suitable base and never used in windy conditions - and always follow manufacturer manuals.
Should your cover rip at the seams, the cover is covered by warranty. Covers ripped through force or cut by scissors will not be replaced. ATM reserves the right to make a judgment on the damage incurred and whether this was a manufacturer issue or through misuse of the product. Covers may endure some fading when exposed to direct sunlight, colour fading is not covered by warranty.
Garden Furniture Cushions
All cushions for garden furniture sets should be stored indoors when not in use unless it is directly stated that the specific cushions can be left outside. Even when covers are used to protect the furniture, cushions should be stored inside.
For all warranty claims ATM reserves the right to acquire further evidence including proof of purchase, photos, videos or other means deemed necessary. ATM will offer help regarding these claims to the best of their ability and all claims will be dealt with by the relevant customer service advisors and managers.
