The Titan 4m x 3m Rectangular Aluminium Pergola is an award winning design, perfect for adding a stylish, covered area to your outdoor space.

Made entirely from aluminium, this stunning pergola is 100% waterproof and weather resistant for long term use. The design is UV protected and therefore resistant to fading and other damage typically caused by heat, plus it protects you and your family from harmful UV rays. These weatherproof aspects mean that virtually no maintenance is required and the pergola can be left alone as a stunning addition to your patio or terrace space.

Additionally, we are proud to share that this collection of pergolas is finished with a TIGER Drylac powder coating which offers improved protection over standard powder coating and is more durable.

This pergola is the perfect opportunity to extend your outdoor season. Thanks to the tilting double-layer louvres, you can switch between a closed, sheltered space and an open top which allows sunlight to come flooding in. This means that you can use your outdoor area even when the weather is less than perfect. This pergola ultimately allows you to choose between sitting in sunshine or shade and provides a fully waterproof roof should it start to rain at a moments notice - typical of British weather!

There is a brilliant built-in drainage system which prevents you from having to open the louvred roof to let water drain. Any rainwwater that lands on the louvres flows into U shaped channels. From here, the water flows from the roof and into channels in the pergola framework. Once in the horizontal framework, the rainwater will then flow into the inside of the hollow pergola legs and vertically down to the ground. This genius system means that you'll never see the water draining off of the pergola. If you were to open the louvres when wet, the U-shaped channels prevent rainwater from dripping under the sheltered area.

This pergola will require assembly and we recommend 2-3 people are required to safely lift and assemble the pergola. The build time is approx 2 hours. In order to secure the pergola to the ground, expansion bolts are supplied as standard. We recommend mounting the pergola on a flat solid and hard surface, like concrete bases. It is strongly recommended that all pergola legs are securely bolted to the floor using the holes within each leg base plate.

Our pergolas do not require planning permission. However, if you are unsure we always recommend contacting your Local Planning Office.

Please note that if you plan to purchase one of our privacy screens sold separately you will need to drill into the pergola top and legs in order to attach this securely. Additionally, you can use a maximum of 3 privacy screens per pergola as the side with the handle will not take a screen.

All Titan Pergolas are covered with a 5-year warranty. The warranty covers any defects in the material. The warranty does not cover any defects caused by extreme weather conditions (i.e. hurricanes) or inappropriate use.

Delivery and Returns

ATM is committed to selling only high-quality products but we do understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've purchased. 

 

Standard delivery for this item takes around 10-14 working days if in stock. Please check individual items for pre-order dates. 

Please be aware we are currently facing slight delays in logistics therefore your delivery may fall outside of this standard window however we are working to get all items delivered as quickly as possible.

All orders are delivered in full when all items are available unless otherwise requested.

Free delivery on all orders over £50 to Mainland UK. We are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland and apologise for any inconvenience. 

We charge £4.99 for delivery of all other items under £50.

 

Returns

Change of Mind

 

On the odd rare occasion when a customer changes there mind , we do have in place a '14-day change of mind’ returns policy,  under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. You must confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email to info@atmliving.com within this time period. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition - in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Damaged Items


In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed. 
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is damaged, you are eligible for a free return if it is returned within 30 days of receiving delivery. 
ATM will cover all costs of returns for faulty goods. 

All defects must be emailed to   faults@atmliving.com   with Subject Field  'Order ####' -  you must include a brief description of the defect, any images and an up to date contact number. 

All cases are dealt with by our team on an individual basis. Our team will contact you directly to discuss the next relevant steps. 

Please note in some instances replacement parts are needed, and ATM will endeavour to source this as quickly as possible, however there are occasions where parts may need to be shipped / manufactured from overseas and this could take 4- 12 weeks, but this is something that would be discussed with our team when this is reported. 

ATM Living reserve the right to refuse a refund/ return or deduct a sum  from the order value if not reported within the above timeframe, and/or in instances where the product has been misused or tampered with by a third party.

 

How do I Return an item?

ATM have a Returns Policy that must be followed before sending your items back. We need to raise a Returns application on behalf of yourself, which is done by the following process: 

You must notify us that you wish to return your item via email to  returns@atmliving.com  . Please ensure that you use the Subject Field   'Order ####   RETURN' , and include in the email the item/s you wish to return. 

A member of our team will then raise a Returns Application, and send you a Returns form for you to complete and return with your item/s.

** Please note, once a Return Application has been raised, the customer has 14 days to ensure that we receive the item/s back. 

 

  • If an order is no longer wanted, but out for delivery - customers can reject this. However, when a refund is requested this will be processed minus the shipping fee's due to the late notice. 

 

Where do I Return my item/s?

The correct returns address will be included on the Returns form that you will be issued with, when  a return application is raised. 

 

Costs of Returns and who's responsibility is it?

Should a customer wish to return an item to us, that is no longer required - the cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer. It is essential that any items returned are sent on a trackable service that requires a signature. ATM will not be responsible for items where a Proof of Delivery can not be provided by the customer. 

If you need to return an item because it's defective - we won't charge you for the return/collection.

 

Refunds 

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to inspect any returned items for any defects. Once it has been confirmed that the item is in perfect condition and in  undamaged original packaging, your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Once a refund is actioned, we advise it may take 5-10 working days to show in your account.

If your return request(s) fall within any of the following categories, a refund may not be offered and you may only be eligible for a partial refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that has been requested to be returned more than 14 days after delivery (under CCR 2014) or 30 days after delivery (under CRA 2015).
