The Henley 6 Seat Round Rattan Bar Set with Firepit - is the ideal furniture for entertaining well into the evening.

The bar set consists of a round bar table, 6 tall bar stools, a gas fire pit, crushed glass and a suitable protective wind guard. The fire pit is ideal for entertaining, especially when your garden parties carry on into the evening, as the gentle flames help to keep your guests warm and add extra light to your garden.

 

The gas firepit is controlled by a control panel on the side of the table and there is also a handy door, allowing you to keep your gas tank out of sight. The wind guard included helps prevent the flames blowing out and helps keep fingers away from the flames.

 

Plus, when you are finished with the firepit itself, or you simply need more dining space, you can cover with the metal lid provided to convert to a standard bar table

Our gas firepit rattan tables work with Patio Gas bottles; these are the green bottles filled with propane. It is important to get a Patio Gas bottle as this is compatible with the clip-on regulator we supply with our systems. We recommend a 5kg bottle as this fits inside the table. Our firepit systems are CE Certified and manufactured using grade 304 stainless steel ensuring they are weatherproof and made to the highest quality. The system used in this particular set is rated at over 40,000 BTUs and provides ample heat, light and ambience for the surrounding area.

We estimate that on full power, you will get approximately 6 consistent hours of burn time from this firepit. However, you will be able to run the firepit for longer on a lower heat setting which you can control easily via the handy control panel.

This furniture is crafted using powder coated aluminium framework which offers protection from rust and corrosion, even during damp conditions. The rattan weave is PE synthetic rattan, also famed for its weatherproof qualities and is protected from the sun's UV rays, meaning it will not fade, as well as frost and snow so it will not crack or go brittle. This allows you to leave your rattan outside all year round, even throughout the coldest and dampest months, without damage to your set.

This set comes with padded cushions included. Whilst the cushion covers are machine washable, the cushions are not weatherproof and we do recommend storing them inside when not in use.

The bar table is topped with 5mm tempered safety glass which offers extra protection and is also easy to clean, ideal for entertaining.

Delivery and Returns

ATM is committed to selling only high-quality products but we do understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've purchased. 

 

Standard delivery for this item takes around 10-14 working days if in stock. Please check individual items for pre-order dates. 

Please be aware we are currently facing slight delays in logistics therefore your delivery may fall outside of this standard window however we are working to get all items delivered as quickly as possible.

All orders are delivered in full when all items are available unless otherwise requested.

Free delivery on all orders over £50 to Mainland UK. We are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland and apologise for any inconvenience. 

We charge £5.99 for delivery of all other items under £50.

 

Returns

Change of Mind

 On the odd rare occasion when a customer changes their mind , we do have in place a '14-day change of mind’ returns policy,  under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. You must confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email to info@atmliving.com within this time period. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition - in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Damaged Items


In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed. 
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is damaged, you are eligible for a free return if it is returned within 30 days of receiving delivery. 
ATM will cover all costs of returns for faulty goods. 

All defects must be emailed to   faults@atmliving.com   with Subject Field  'Order ####' -  you must include a brief description of the defect, any images and an up to date contact number. 

All cases are dealt with by our team on an individual basis. Our team will contact you directly to discuss the next relevant steps. 

Please note in some instances replacement parts are needed, and ATM will endeavour to source this as quickly as possible, however there are occasions where parts may need to be shipped / manufactured from overseas and this could take 4- 12 weeks, but this is something that would be discussed with our team when this is reported. 

ATM Living reserve the right to refuse a refund/ return or deduct a sum  from the order value if not reported within the above timeframe, and/or in instances where the product has been misused or tampered with by a third party.

 

How do I Return an item?

ATM have a Returns Policy that must be followed before sending your items back. We need to raise a Returns application on behalf of yourself, which is done by the following process: 

You must notify us that you wish to return your item via email to  returns@atmliving.com  . Please ensure that you use the Subject Field   'Order ####   RETURN' , and include in the email the item/s you wish to return. 

A member of our team will then raise a Returns Application, and send you a Returns form for you to complete and return with your item/s.

** Please note, once a Return Application has been raised, the customer has 14 days to ensure that we receive the item/s back. 

 

  • If an order is no longer wanted, but out for delivery - customers can reject this. However, when a refund is requested this will be processed minus the shipping fee's due to the late notice. 

 

Where do I Return my item/s?

The correct returns address will be included on the Returns form that you will be issued with, when  a return application is raised. 

 

Costs of Returns and who's responsibility is it?

Should a customer wish to return an item to us, that is no longer required - the cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer. It is essential that any items returned are sent on a trackable service that requires a signature. ATM will not be responsible for items where a Proof of Delivery can not be provided by the customer. 

If you need to return an item because it's defective - we won't charge you for the return/collection.

A rejection of delivery will also be at the customers cost - any cancellation of orders should be prior to dispatch, which will avoid these fees. 

 

Refunds 

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to inspect any returned items for any defects. Once it has been confirmed that the item is in perfect condition and in  undamaged original packaging, your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Once a refund is actioned, we advise it may take 5-10 working days to show in your account.

If your return request(s) fall within any of the following categories, a refund may not be offered and you may only be eligible for a partial refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that has been requested to be returned more than 14 days after delivery (under CCR 2014) or 30 days after delivery (under CRA 2015).
