The Maze Rattan cleaning kit is ideal for after those winter months when you are ready to use your furniture again and solves the problem of how to clean rattan garden furniture?. The set includes two bottles of solution to prepare and clean your furniture ready for the summer ahead. The rattan protector is gentle on your furniture and keeps it protected whilst the rattan cleaner tackles everyday dirt and grime as well as being a brilliant spot stain remover which can be used on stains such as grass, mud and bird lime on all types of real rattan and synthetic weave.

Pre-Order Delivery Dates

Pre-ordering Products

Due to such a large quantity of our products only being available to Pre-Order and not being in-stock for immediate delivery, we now offer our customers the option to pay a deposit on all Pre-Order items orders.

Our Pre-Order option allows you to reserve the specific item that you are wanting, at its next available date. By Pre-Ordering, you are reducing the chance of missing out on stock ahead of our busy periods. 

Pre-Order items will always state that they are available for Pre-Order and will show an estimated delivery period on our product page, at checkout and on your order confirmation once your order is placed. 

We would like to remind our customers that all pre-order items indicate an estimated shipping date (as above) which is the most up to date arrival information the point of ordering, however, with these dates being estimated, these are subject to change with the manufacturing and shipping climate.

Logistic Disruptions

Ongoing shipping disruptions continue to cause delays to international shipments affecting our industry.

Containers are still taking some time to be processed before unloading their goods, therefore it is still taking longer than usual to receive goods into our warehouse before we can prepare them for dispatch. This time has also been increased by the recent statistic that there is now a shortage of more than 100,000 HGV drivers in the UK

We are working tirelessly to ensure deliveries run smoothly once in the UK, however there may be some additional delays in receiving your order once in the courier’s possession. 

ATM can not be held liable for any delays in delivery of Pre-Order items and we would recommend only purchasing from available stock if you require the goods within a specified timeframe.

Delivery

Standard delivery for this item takes around 14 working days if in stock. Northern Ireland deliveries can currently take up to 6 weeks. Please check individual items for pre-order dates. 

All orders are delivered in full when all items are available unless otherwise requested.

Free delivery on all orders over £50.

We charge £4.99 for delivery of all other items under £50.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must also confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email to faults@atmliving.com within this time period. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We will, in the event of item being damaged on receipt with the customer, at our discretion, re-imburse postage costs to the customer.


**In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed.
