All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. **In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed.
