The LED lights can cycle through a range of fuel bed colours, or you can choose to fix your favourite colour option. LED's are also available at the rear of the fire and enables you to phase through or fix a colour to complement your room interior or to simply suit your mood. If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 14 days after the date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We will, in the event of item being damaged on receipt with the customer, at our discretion, re-imburse postage costs to the customer.
**In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed.
