The Electriflame XD Signature comes with two heat levels and variable flame brightness control. The fuel bed consists of naturally crafted realistic ceramic logs, with light reflective crystal embers. All this can be operated via the remote control handset or using the manual controls on the side of the appliance.

All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We will, in the event of item being damaged on receipt with the customer, at our discretion, re-imburse postage costs to the customer.
If the item is defective, please contact us and we will discuss the defect and action to be taken. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem.
