The Electriflame XD Royale electric fire uses improved technology to create a stunning extra deep fuel bed and high definition flame picture.

Sit back and relax as the vibrant new 3D flame effect, smouldering fuel bed and soothing heat output create an atmospheric and highly realistic experience.

The Electriflame XD Royale comes with two heat levels and variable flame brightness control. The fuel bed consists of natually crafted realistic ceramic logs, with light reflective crystal embers. All this can be operated via the remote control handset or using the manual controls on the side of the appliance.

Free delivery on all orders over £50 to Mainland UK. We are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland and apologise for any inconvenience. 

We charge £4.99 for delivery of all other items under £50.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must also confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email to faults@atmliving.com within this time period. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We will, in the event of item being damaged on receipt with the customer, at our discretion, re-imburse postage costs to the customer.


**In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed.
