Perfect for any garden or outside area, this 1.3m round table is designed using an aluminium frame with high-quality rattan woven around and perfectly blended to create a pleasing yet very sturdy piece of furniture. A 5mm tempered glass top is placed on the table and allows for easy cleaning. Teamed with this superb table are 6 of our finest Amelia armchairs; beautiful and extremely comfortable with thick padded, zipped, machine washable cushions. Whilst we recommend cushions are stored inside when not being used they are showerproof so don't worry if they get caught outside in a sudden downpour as they will be perfectly dry within 30 minutes.

This high-quality all-weather rattan dining set should not be confused with cheaper and inferior quality sets you might see online. Made from only 100% aluminium and high-quality rattan weave we can guarantee this set for a minimum of 5 years. We never use steel in our furniture as it will rust and break, similarly, we never supply flat packed chairs as the bolts work themselves loose and the chair will undoubtedly become wobbly over time or need constant maintenance and tightening.

We import this set direct from manufactures in the Far East whom we have worked closely with over 30 years to ensure perfection and our exacting, high standards are met in all areas. This rattan dining set offers incredible value for money, can be left outside in all seasons and has been built to last for many years, it is a truly fabulous set of garden furniture.

Remember our Aluminium frames are all fully welded together and not bolted which leads to a loose connection. Simply wash down the set with warm soapy water or a light jet was in early Spring to thoroughly clean through. Very little space inside your shed or garage is needed to store this set, just remember the beauty of rattan furniture is that it really can be left outside all year round.

We only use 100% PE rattan which is best for outdoor furniture. There are cheaper rattan materials available such as PVC and PU but these forms of rattan will crack, go brittle, fade or unravel over time. Make sure if you are doing your research on rattan garden furniture you choose only the best and not those that only offer 1-year guarantees.

This dining table has a parasol hole built-in which allows you to add protective shade to your dining area with the addition of a parasol. This great parasol hole can fit parasols with 58mm, 48mm and 38mm poles as it has an aluminium ring spacer which can be removed in stages to suit the size of your parasol pole or removed entirely to fit 58mm poles. There is also a parasol hole cap included which closes off the parasol hole completely to allow full use of the dining space.

Pre-ordering Products

Due to such a large quantity of our products only being available to Pre-Order and not being in-stock for immediate delivery, we now offer our customers the option to pay a deposit on all Pre-Order items orders.

Our Pre-Order option allows you to reserve the specific item that you are wanting, at its next available date. By Pre-Ordering, you are reducing the chance of missing out on stock ahead of our busy periods. 

Pre-Order items will always state that they are available for Pre-Order and will show an estimated delivery period on our product page, at checkout and on your order confirmation once your order is placed. 

We would like to remind our customers that all pre-order items indicate an estimated shipping date (as above) which is the most up to date arrival information the point of ordering, however, with these dates being estimated, these are subject to change with the manufacturing and shipping climate.

ATM cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery of pre-order items.

 

Orders By Email

On occasions  we send personalised order quotes when requested via telephone, email etc - please be aware all quotations are valid for 5 working days only, so if there are any issues please notify us of this at your earliest convenience so your quote can be amended and re-sent.

Current Delivery Disruptions.

Huge demand mixed with delays outside of our control mean that some items are still unfortunately facing delays, however ATM are proud to be fulfilling many orders before the estimated delivery dates that we have stated on our website. We work very close our selective suppliers and factories who are working as hard as possible to manufacture garden furniture to the very best standard, as well as our third party couriers to minimise delays as much as we possibly can.  

Where your preferred product is out of stock or the wait is not suitable, our team will be happy to discuss your requirements and find an alternative product you are happy with. Or you do have the option to add your email address to the product you are wanting to purchase to get notifications when new stock arrives. 

 

 

ATM would recommend only purchasing from available stock if you require the goods within a specified timeframe.

Delivery and Returns

ATM is committed to selling only high-quality products but we do understand there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've purchased. 

 

Standard delivery for this item takes around 10-14 working days if in stock. Please check individual items for pre-order dates. 

Please be aware we are currently facing slight delays in logistics therefore your delivery may fall outside of this standard window however we are working to get all items delivered as quickly as possible.

All orders are delivered in full when all items are available unless otherwise requested.

Free delivery on all orders over £50 to Mainland UK. We are not currently shipping to Northern Ireland and apologise for any inconvenience. 

We charge £4.99 for delivery of all other items under £50.

 

Returns

Change of Mind

 

On the odd rare occasion when a customer changes there mind , we do have in place a '14-day change of mind’ returns policy,  under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. You must confirm your wish to cancel in writing via email to info@atmliving.com within this time period. The item must be returned in undamaged, unused condition - in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements. All postal costs relating to the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Damaged Items


In the rare instance when an item is defective, you will need to contact ATM to make us aware within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that where possible you provide digital photographs of the fault to assist in our assessment of the problem, and the best resolution for each individual case will be discussed. 
As per the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is damaged, you are eligible for a free return if it is returned within 30 days of receiving delivery. 
ATM will cover all costs of returns for faulty goods. 

All defects must be emailed to   faults@atmliving.com   with Subject Field  'Order ####' -  you must include a brief description of the defect, any images and an up to date contact number. 

All cases are dealt with by our team on an individual basis. Our team will contact you directly to discuss the next relevant steps. 

Please note in some instances replacement parts are needed, and ATM will endeavour to source this as quickly as possible, however there are occasions where parts may need to be shipped / manufactured from overseas and this could take 4- 12 weeks, but this is something that would be discussed with our team when this is reported. 

ATM Living reserve the right to refuse a refund/ return or deduct a sum  from the order value if not reported within the above timeframe, and/or in instances where the product has been misused or tampered with by a third party.

 

How do I Return an item?

ATM have a Returns Policy that must be followed before sending your items back. We need to raise a Returns application on behalf of yourself, which is done by the following process: 

You must notify us that you wish to return your item via email to  returns@atmliving.com  . Please ensure that you use the Subject Field   'Order ####   RETURN' , and include in the email the item/s you wish to return. 

A member of our team will then raise a Returns Application, and send you a Returns form for you to complete and return with your item/s.

** Please note, once a Return Application has been raised, the customer has 14 days to ensure that we receive the item/s back. 

 

  • If an order is no longer wanted, but out for delivery - customers can reject this. However, when a refund is requested this will be processed minus the shipping fee's due to the late notice. 

 

Where do I Return my item/s?

The correct returns address will be included on the Returns form that you will be issued with, when  a return application is raised. 

 

Costs of Returns and who's responsibility is it?

Should a customer wish to return an item to us, that is no longer required - the cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer. It is essential that any items returned are sent on a trackable service that requires a signature. ATM will not be responsible for items where a Proof of Delivery can not be provided by the customer. 

If you need to return an item because it's defective - we won't charge you for the return/collection.

 

Refunds 

Please allow up to 5 working days for us to inspect any returned items for any defects. Once it has been confirmed that the item is in perfect condition and in  undamaged original packaging, your order is updated immediately and a refund will be processed. Once a refund is actioned, we advise it may take 5-10 working days to show in your account.

If your return request(s) fall within any of the following categories, a refund may not be offered and you may only be eligible for a partial refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that has been requested to be returned more than 14 days after delivery (under CCR 2014) or 30 days after delivery (under CRA 2015).
