Terms and Conditions - Social Media Competitions
- ATM Living competitions and giveaways are open to residents of the United Kingdom only – which includes NI.
2. All entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3. To Enter the Giveaway, Entrants must fulfil all of the criteria highlighted on the giveaway entry page.
4. Entry must be made by one individual Entrant; no group or organisation entries.
5. One prize winner will win the prize advised in the entry page.
6. All competition entry pages will contain a closing date and time.
7. Winner(s) will be selected at random and contacted by email as well as the winner being announced across social media
8. The winner(s) will be contacted by ATM Living via social media and email to arrange delivery of the prizes.
9. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. ATM Living is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. ATM Living reserves the right to disqualify anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.
10. All competition prizes are not transferable. No cash alternatives are available. All prizes will be sent by ATM Living or named partners within 10 days of selecting the winning Entrants (unless the prize is not immediately available i.e. – pre-order items).
11. Events may occur that render the giveaway itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of ATM Living and accordingly ATM Living may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the giveaway and entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
